Rehabilitation Services
Our healthcare team of primary care physicians, psychiatrists and physical, occupational, and speech therapists create a customized program appropriate for individuals who need traditional post-acute rehabilitation and/or psychiatric rehabilitation. Our goal-oriented therapy is offered to residents 7 days a week!

Long-Term Care
We fully support residents and their families as they transition from the comforts of their home to our home. Our smaller, intimate size allows us to truly know each and every one of our residents and provide the level of care expected of a caring and quality facility. Residents will be involved in therapy as prescribed by their physician as well as emersed in daily activities to stimulate their social and emotional well-being. We want our residents to live in a comfortable, home-like environment while receiving therapies and clinical care from our compassionate staff.

Behavioral Care
Kensington Place offers unique programming for individuals with behavioral needs. Whether it be short-term rehabilitation, medication management, or community reintegration, we offer a full range of services to fit each individual’s short and long term needs. We are proud to offer our residents multiple care options under one roof. Our psychiatric rehabilitation is performed by professional mental health staff. Activities Program
A positive and uplifting atmosphere is vital to the success of healing, recovery, and rehabilitation. Kensington Place strives to employs outgoing and friendly professional staff to create social programs and activities to fit the residents’ needs. We provide a monthly activity calendar to each resident to keep them informed of upcoming events. Friends and family are always welcome, and encouraged, to visit and attend our special events.
